Terms of Service

TrustMention terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the TrustMention SaaS application, including all services provided by Intseo Media through the platform.

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

2. Use of the service

You may use TrustMention to research publishers, place orders and manage link building campaigns for your own business or on behalf of your clients. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent security controls or use the service in ways that violate applicable laws or third‑party rights.

3. Orders and delivery

When you place an order, you are instructing Intseo Media to coordinate placements with the selected publishers. While we work with vetted partners, final editorial control remains with each publisher and we cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic outcomes.

4. Fees and billing

Pricing for each placement is displayed before you confirm an order. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all fees are payable in advance or on the agreed invoice terms. VAT or applicable taxes may be added depending on your billing location.

5. Intellectual property

TrustMention, including its design, workflows and underlying technology, is owned by Intseo Media or its licensors. You retain rights to your own content and data. Nothing in these terms grants either party ownership over the other's trademarks or brand assets.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intseo Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active customers via email or in‑app notifications. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
